UPPCO seeks an Administrative Services Coordinator to provide administrative support for multiple departments; design graphics and visual aids; prepare confidential correspondence; promote the corporate image in all types of contact; and maintain administrative employee time and attendance records


Minimum and preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5 years experience providing professional administrative support
  • 5 years experience with document preparation and professional writing
  • 5 years experience creating graphic arts and publications
  • Project management skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
