UPPCO seeks an HR Payroll Assistant to process payroll, maintain the HRIS and personnel files, track PTO, and provide support on other HR functions.


Minimum and preferred qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel and Outlook)


Preferred qualifications include:

  • 3 years experience processing payroll
  • 3 years experience with applicable state and federal payroll and tax regulations and guidelines
  • Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems
  • Experience working in a union environment
